These terms explain the conditions for using the by.leandr0 portfolio.

1. Identity and contact

This website is managed by Leandro Santos, based in Lousada, Portugal. For questions about the website or these terms, contact geral.byleandr0@gmail.com.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents development work and areas of interest, including websites, applications, Discord bots and FiveM resources. You can browse projects and start an email conversation. It does not provide automatic purchases, payments or contract formation.

Elements labelled as placeholder, example, concept or simulation are illustrative. They do not represent completed work, clients, available products or features connected to external services.

3. Use of content

Original content in this portfolio is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may browse it and share links to its pages. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of protected content requires permission from the rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Trademarks, product names and third-party content belong to their respective owners. References to Discord and FiveM describe development areas and do not imply partnership or endorsement. Code published under a specific licence is subject to that licence.

4. Responsible use

Do not use this website to attempt unauthorised system access, compromise security or availability, distribute unlawful content or send abusive messages. Interactive demos run only in the browser and do not execute code on Discord or FiveM servers.

5. Enquiries and project proposals

An enquiry does not constitute a contract. Scope, pricing, deadlines, payments, revisions, maintenance and rights to deliverables for any project will be defined in a specific proposal or agreement before work begins.

The contact form prepares an email in the visitor's email app. It is sent only when the visitor confirms sending in that app. Receiving a message does not guarantee acceptance of a project.

6. Availability and external links

I aim to keep information accurate and the website functional, but updates, interruptions or errors may occur. You can report an issue using the contact address above.

External pages and applications have their own terms. I do not control their content or policies. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Privacy and storage

Data processing and the option to save the notice preference are explained in the Privacy Policy. The website does not integrate analytics or advertising tools.

8. Changes and applicable law

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website. The date at the top identifies the latest update. Relevant Portuguese and European law applies, without prejudice to mandatory user rights.
